| 1 tsp | Sugar |
| 2 tbsp | Green Onions |
| 1 tsp | Sesame Seeds |

| Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add a tablespoon of vegetable oil. 5 minutes prep |
| Add diced tofu to the hot wok and stir-fry until golden brown on all sides. 8 minutes cook |
| Add a mix of colorful vegetables, such as bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender-crisp. 5 minutes cook |
| In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and a pinch of sugar. Pour the sauce over the stir-fry and toss to combine. 3 minutes mix |
| Serve the vegetarian stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. 3 minutes serve |
