    Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

    • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

    Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Grill for 6-8 minutes per side or until cooked through. Let them rest for a few minutes, then slice.

    • 1 Cucumber
    • 1 Red Onion

    In a salad bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
