A colorful pasta dish with fresh spring vegetables and a creamy sauce.

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 300 g Pasta

Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  • 200 g Asparagus
  • 2 Bell Peppers
  • 250 g Cherry Tomatoes

In a skillet, sauté garlic and onion in olive oil until softened. Add asparagus, bell peppers, and cherry tomatoes. Cook until tender-crisp.

  • 150 ml Heavy Cream
  • 100 g Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp Basil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper

In a bowl, mix cream, grated Parmesan, and basil. Season with salt and pepper.

    Add the cooked pasta and the cream sauce to the skillet with the vegetables. Toss well to combine.

      Hab das genau so nachgekocht, schmeckt mir aber leider überhaupt nicht. Würde tatsächlich 0 Sterne geben, wenn das in irgendeiner Art gehen würde!
